Lauren
Salon owner Lauren has loved hairdressing from a young age and always had a passion for it. She started working in salons from the age of 14 then went on to do her training at Warwickshire college. Whilst at college she entered numerous competitions and was given a place in the finals. Having worked in salons in Coventry, leamington, Solihull and Balsall common
Lauren has gained years of salon experience and finally achieved her goal of owning her own salon in February 2016. Lauren loves a challenge and loves sending her clients out feeling amazing. Her customer service is very important and she likes to make her clients ‘feel pampered’. Specializing in all aspects of cutting, colouring and occasion hair, she loves meeting new people.

Tracy
Tracy started hairdressing by doing an apprenticeship and studied at Coventry technical college, where she qualified after 3 years. Since then she has continued working within salons in Coventry and has gained over 25 years experience in the trade. Tracy has continued to keep up to date with the latest trends and methods within hairdressing.
Whilst keeping up to date she also still offers perming services. For the last 11 years Tracy has been based in a salon in the city centre and has decided to re locate for a change and new venture.
Hairdressing is her passion along with fashion and jewelry. She loves to make her clients feel special and is passionate about customer service.

Nikki
Nikki started hairdressing at the age of 12 as a Saturday girl. When she finished school at the age of 16 she had learnt all the basics of hairdressing and went on to study at Coventry college. She then qualified when she was 19 with her NVQ level 1&2.
She then stayed at Roger’s hair and continued to build a clientele. Sadly it was then closed and Nikki moved salons where her clientele followed her. Having a weekly regular client base she is a great traditional hairdresser.
Nikki also loves colouring and transforming her clients. As well as her love for hairdressing she has a love for tattoos and history.

Rachel
Rachel started her hairdressing career at 16 as an apprentice, but started a family sooner than expected and returned to hairdressing when she was 30; she trained at Henley College in both NVQ hairdressing and NVQ barbering. Rachel worked full-time in Administration and also worked as a mobile hairdresser and barber, but found that she loved hairdressing so much, she gave up the day job and went back into the salon full time.
Rachel loves all aspects of hairdressing and loves the interaction with the clients, making them feel that they are receiving a personalised service, making each and every client feel special. Rachel enjoys doing occasion hair and feels that every girl should feel like a princess on their special day.

Justina
Justina began her career as a beautician in 2004 where she studied Nail technology at North Warwickshire and Hinckley college. Unfortunately, after completing the course she couldn’t carry on with her training as circumstances in her life made it hard for her. 10 years later she decided the time was right and enrolled at South City Birmingham college where she studied along side her full time job. Justina offers a wide range of beauty treatments and is always going on new courses and qualifying in all the latest treatments.
Her aim is to listen to all of your beauty needs. To supply a service that enhances your physical appearance and aids your mental relaxation. She understands how busy life is today and that a little pampering is needed, no matter how long or short the treatment is. That’s why Justina offers late night treatments on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Alongside all day Fridays & Saturdays.

Isla
Isla is our lovely Saturday girl, at the age of 14 she is very enthusiastic and cannot wait to do her hairdressing training when she leaves school.
Isla is great with all of our clients and will make sure you are always comfortable and have everything you need.
She loves doing her friends and families hair for occasions and is picking up new tips from our team. Isla is our little star and we would be lost without her!
